文を塊で読めると時短になります。

vendorとdealeの違いがよく分からなかったので教えてもらいました。

Dupont Camera Store/ is once again hosting its photography equipment/ swap and sell event.
On Friday, June 16, /the  store's showroom/ will be packed with tables/ of new and used photography gear/ from various vendors and hobbyists.
Entry is $6 cash.
Doors open at 10am/ and the event lasts until 5pm.

This is an event /people look forward to all year,/ said Dupont Camera store's marketing manager/ Don Bergner.
Every time/ we've hosted it, /a line has started forming about an hour before/ we even open the doors.

Professional dealers/ and camera companies /can rent tables for $250/ as an official vendor.
Tables are 6 meters by 2 meters/ and include clear plastic clips/ for attaching a company banner or poster.
Hobby photographers wanting to sell /or trade a few handheld items/ can pay an entry fee of $550 /and bring crates or camera bags /of gear to set up in a designate area/ on the floor.

I went to the event last year /and definitely plan to go again, /said Jonathan Mcdougall.
I didn't have anything to sell,/ but I got to meet /some interesting people.

I also ended up finding some accessories/ for my outdated camera model /that I hadn't been able to find online.

TOEICのリスニングについて

TOEICのリスニングについて今、実践している方法について。

Part1～4まで、聞いてよく分からない問題を中心にスラッシュを入れてから音源に合わせてオーバーラッピングしています。

そして、音声に合わせて言えないフレーズを何度か練習しています。

しかし、うまく言えないフレーズは中々スムーズにはなりません＞＜

レッスン中に音読をして、うまく言えない箇所は、先生がリンキングやリダクションについて説明してくれるので、それをまねして練習するとスムーズになって来ました☆

意外にPart1の短い文章を練習するのは、単語やフレーズを覚えるのに役立っています。

正解以外の選択肢も意外に知らない単語やフレーズがあり、音読の練習にも文章が短いので練習しやすいという利点があります。

私は、part1~3を1つづつ選んで1日10回程度、1週間同じものを練習しています。

初めての場合は、part1から少しずつ初めていくのが長続きのコツかもしれません。

オーバーラッピングが出来るようになると次は、シャドーイングの練習になるようです。

私は、音読練習を1年やっていますが、シャドーイングがうまく出来ません＞＜

とにかく短いのをオーバーラッピング出来るように練習してシャドーイングにチャレンジしてみようと思います＾＾

TOIECのコーチングについて

最近TOIECのコーチングを受けています。

コーチングを受けて一番良かったことは、スラッシュリーディングをすることで、塊で文章を読めるようになったことです。

文章の中の分からない単語なども推測しやすくなりましたり、文の構造も以前より理解出来るようになりました。

以前は、パート5を主に解いていましたが、最近、パート6や7をスラッシュリーディングしながら読む練習をしています。

スラッシュリーディングをするときに関係代名詞や分詞などの文章がどこにかかっているか矢印するのもコツだよと言われました。

リスニングに関しては、リスニングをする前に解答をみて、文章を把握して、分からない語彙やフレーズを拾っておいてから、その後、音読することを勧められています。

音読は、音をまねしながら、言えない箇所を洗い出して、言えるようになるのがコツだそうです。

正直、私は、音読を1年間していますが（TOIEC以外の）最初の意味理解をきちんとしていないと全然上達しないと実感しています。

そして、文章を見すぎて練習している癖が抜けないので、聞いたまま口に出す練習を増やすようにしています。

swipe - to pass a magnetic card through an electronic device that reads its data

I had to swipe her credit card twice because the machine didn't read it the first time.

実行する - 計画、政策、法律を実行に移すこと

私の会社は、従業員のスキルを向上させるために新しい研修プログラムを実行する／導入することにしました。

対策（名詞） - 特定の目的を達成するために取られる計画または行動

私たちの地方自治体は、汚染を軽減するためにいくつかの対策/措置を講じました。

設置する (動詞) - 使用するために機器や機械を設置または固定すること

私は自分の部屋に新しいエアコンを設置するために専門家を雇いました。

読み取り装置に通す - 磁気カードを電子デバイスに通過させ、そのデータを読み取ること

1回目では機械がクレジットカードを読み取れなかったため、私は彼女のクレジットカードを2回読み取り機に通さなければなりませんでした。

4月から日常会話メインのレッスンからTOEICメインのレッスンに変えています。

日本人の先生には、勉強方法や教材の選び方など教えて貰っています。

フィリピンの先生からは、主に語彙を習っています。（公式問題集の）

日本人の先生のお薦めは、公式TOEIC問題集を解答・解説を見ながら進める（PART6）をしています。

語彙を増やすのは、金のフレーズのシリーズの金のセンテンスを進められていますがまだ、買ってません＞＜

・inventory----在庫　inventory is sort of stock
