今日のレッスンのトピックはコンビニの予定でしたが、先生が帯状疱疹にかかったので、その話しをたくさんしました。
私も去年の５月に帯状疱疹にかかったので、その痛みは、とても耐えがたかった。
先生は内科医にみてもらったら帯状疱疹とは診断されなかったらしい。
帯状疱疹の専門は、耳鼻咽喉科なので、そこへ行く方がいいのかも。
通常、帯状疱疹は、早く薬を飲むと症状が軽いし治りもはやいと聞く。
ただ、最初は、体調が悪いけど、なにの不調かわからないので、発疹が出てきて気づけるような気がします。
結局、私は、症状が回復するのに３週間以上かかりました。
今後、同じような症状がでる可能性があるので、なにか予防策があるか、ワクチンうつのか聞かれましたが、健康的な生活が大切という話になりました。
